About the Role

The app is complete and live, but needs a few bug fixes and feature additions. We’re looking for an experienced Bubble expert to step in and help us keep making progress.

Requirements

Role Overview. What You'll Do:

1. Review and document the full logic of our app (data structure, workflows, conditions, custom states, etc.)

2. Fix existing bugs and any new bugs.

3. Optimize our full app to use the least amount of Bubble Work load Units. Flag risky or inefficient design decisions and implement improvements.

4. Build 1 new UI-ready AI feature and improve our existing AI features.

Must be completed in a 2-3 week sprint.

Requirements:

🔵Must have experience with video chat integration.

🔵Can conduct a full audit of the app’s logic, workflows, and conditional, database structure, reusable elements, and state management etc

🔵Can create clear, visual documentation (diagrams, videos, and google doc pages)

🔵Have weekly 1:1 calls with the founder to discuss progress.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years experience using bubble and you’ve built 5-10+ Bubble apps end-to-end, ideally community, job board, or social platforms
Full stack engineering experience (Front-end design, back-end management, APIs, Python, JavaScript, server hosting: AWS/GCP/Vercel etc)
Strong understanding of Bubble logic: conditionals, workflows, option sets, custom states, and performance.
Able to create documentation that makes the platform maintainable.

🔥 Bonus Points/Ideal Candidate

Experience with Bubble's performance optimization and debugging
Familiarity with APIs, Stripe, and user analytics
Have launched native mobile apps from bubble before
Full stack coding experience (JavaScript, Python, AWS/GCP etc)
Experience optimizing bubble logic to reduce Workload units
