In his role, Louis leverages his expertise to cultivate relationships with minority-serving institutions, government entities, industry partners, and affinity groups, to increase tech preparedness, expand the developer base, and nurture a more diverse and inclusive AI community. Prior to joining NVIDIA, Louis made significant strides as the City of Sacramento's first Chief Innovation Officer, where he spearheaded initiatives to bolster the city's innovation ecosystem. By establishing programs that embraced economic inclusion principles, Louis played a pivotal role in driving long-term economic growth and job creation in Sacramento.
